Use this to add extra postage costs agreed on the phone for larger/heavier item. 
ie; Each unit is worth .50p so if we agreed on £5 add 10 items to equal £5
If you require more insurance up to £500  Royal mail special delivey will give you this option,but it does cost alot more.
